Sender identity

Find your way around Settings
Settings is grouped in four blocks. This is what lives in each one.
Change your sender name and email address
The name and address your customers see when they receive your emails, and where their replies go.
Send emails from your own domain
Connect your store's domain so emails come from your own address and reach the inbox more reliably. It takes a few records where you manage your domain.
Get your SMS sender approved
Before you can send texts, your SMS sender needs a one-time approval. It is required by carriers to prevent spam.
Choose which countries receive SMS
Texts cost a different amount in each country. Choose where your texts can go so you control the cost.
Template branding
The default colors, font and footer for your email templates.

Trust & compliance

Turn double opt-in on or off
Double opt-in asks new subscribers to confirm by clicking a link in an email before they count as subscribed.
Change the sales attribution window
How long after someone opens or clicks a message an order still counts as a sale from that message.

Activity

Check the sending logs
The history of every email and SMS sent. The first place to look when someone says a message didn't arrive.

Account

Account details
The email address where the app sends you alerts and reports.
Manage your plan and SMS credits
See your plan and monthly usage, change plan or buy SMS credits. Everything is billed through Shopify.
Check AI credits and usage
See remaining AI credits, usage categories and what to do when generation is blocked.
