Find your way around Settings
Settings is grouped in four blocks. This is what lives in each one.
In this article you will know where each setting is.
Steps
- Open Settings. It initially shows Email sender identity.
- Use Sender identity for email details, domain authentication, SMS sender setup and template branding.
- Use Trust & compliance for review moderation, double opt-in and attribution settings. Review-request messages are managed from Reviews and their automations.
- Use Activity for sending logs.
- Use Account for account details, your plan, SMS balance and AI usage.
- Open AI MCP to find connection instructions, connected clients and available tools.
Try these steps in Sendvio
Enter your Shopify store name to open Settings: Email sender identity in Sendvio, inside your Shopify admin. It opens in a new tab, so you can keep this guide alongside it. Shopify may ask you to sign in.
