Manage your plan and SMS credits
See your plan and monthly usage, change plan or buy SMS credits. Everything is billed through Shopify.
In this article you will check your usage, change your plan and buy credits.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Billing and usage. You see your current plan, the emails sent this month and your SMS credit balance.
- To change your plan, click Select plan, pick one and approve the charge in Shopify.
- To buy SMS credits, click Buy credits, choose a pack and approve it in Shopify. Credits are added right after approval.
- Charges appear on your regular Shopify bill; there is nothing to pay separately.
- For AI credits, open AI usage to see remaining credits, usage categories and reset details.
Try these steps in Sendvio
Enter your Shopify store name to open Settings: Billing and usage in Sendvio, inside your Shopify admin. It opens in a new tab, so you can keep this guide alongside it. Shopify may ask you to sign in.
