Open the Sendvio app
Sendvio lives inside your Shopify admin. Here is how to find it and how the app is organized.
In this article you will find the app in Shopify and understand the main menu.
Steps
- Log in to your Shopify admin.
- In the left sidebar, click Apps. If Sendvio is not pinned there, click Apps again to see the full list, or type "Sendvio" in the admin search bar at the top.
- Click Sendvio. The app opens on the Home page, with a summary of your results and shortcuts to common tasks.
- Use the menu at the top of the app to move between sections: Home, Campaigns, Automations, Popups, Reviews, Widgets, Audience and Settings.
To reach Sendvio faster next time, hover over it in the Apps list and click the pin icon. It will stay in your sidebar.
Try these steps in Sendvio
Enter your Shopify store name to open Home in Sendvio, inside your Shopify admin. It opens in a new tab, so you can keep this guide alongside it. Shopify may ask you to sign in.
