Connect Sendvio to Claude
Add Sendvio as a connector in Claude so you can ask about your campaigns and audience, and create campaigns and automations from a chat.
In this article you will connect Claude to your Sendvio store and verify access.
Before you start
- Access to the Shopify admin for your store and a Claude account that supports connecting an MCP server. Workspace controls may require an administrator.
Steps
- Open Settings → AI MCP in Sendvio and choose the Claude instructions.
- Copy the MCP server URL shown there. Follow the client-specific instructions to add Sendvio in Claude.
- Start the connection and complete the OAuth sign-in flow. When Shopify opens the consent screen, check the store, client name and requested permissions before allowing access.
- Return to Claude and try a specific request, such as “Show the results of my latest campaign.”
- Open AI MCP in Sendvio to check the connected client and its latest activity. If connection fails, follow the troubleshooting guide below.

Enter your Shopify store name to open AI MCP connections in Sendvio, inside your Shopify admin. It opens in a new tab, so you can keep this guide alongside it. Shopify may ask you to sign in.
