Change your sender name and email address

The name and address your customers see when they receive your emails, and where their replies go.

In this article you will set the "From" name and the reply address for all your emails.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Email sender identity.
  2. Set the sender name. Use your store name; people open emails from names they recognize.
  3. Set the reply-to address, the inbox where customer replies arrive.
  4. To send from your own domain (for example, hello@sendvio.com) instead of a shared Sendvio address, click Authenticate domain and follow the next article.
  5. Save. The change applies to the next emails you send.
Until your domain is connected, emails go out from a Sendvio address on your behalf. It works, but your own domain looks more professional and lands in the inbox more reliably.
