View your automations
Every automated message (welcome, abandoned cart, thank you and more) is listed here with its status and results.
In this article you will see which automations are on and how each one is performing.
Steps
- Click Automations in the app menu.
- Each automation shows whether it is On or Off, and its recent results: messages sent, opens, clicks and sales.
- Click an automation to open it and see or edit its steps.
Start with three: Welcome, Abandoned cart and Thank you. They cover the moments that matter most and run on their own.
Try these steps in Sendvio
Enter your Shopify store name to open Automations in Sendvio, inside your Shopify admin. It opens in a new tab, so you can keep this guide alongside it. Shopify may ask you to sign in.
