Open a contact's profile
Everything about one person: whether they accept email and SMS, their orders and the latest messages they received.
In this article you will check a contact's subscription status and recent activity.
Steps
- Open Audience → Manage contacts, search for the person, then open their profile.
- The profile shows their email and SMS consent (whether you can message them), their orders and their tags.
- Scroll down to see the latest messages sent to them and whether they opened or clicked.
- For the full history of every message, click through to Sending logs.
Try these steps in Sendvio
