Import existing reviews
Moving from another reviews app? Bring your reviews with you by uploading the file it exported.
In this article you will import reviews from a CSV file and show them on your store.
Before you start
- The reviews export from your previous app, as a CSV file. Most apps have an "Export" option in their settings.
Steps
- Open Reviews → Import reviews.
- Prepare your CSV using the format and required fields shown in the importer.
- Upload the file and check any validation messages, including product associations. Correct the source file if necessary.
- Complete the import, then open Manage reviews to inspect the imported records and publication status.
- Check the relevant product pages after publishing the reviews. If reviews are missing, verify their product association, moderation status and widget setup.
Try these steps in Sendvio
