Create a campaign
A campaign is a message you send once to a group of subscribers. Choose the channel first, then write the message.
In this article you will start a new email or SMS campaign from scratch or with AI.
Before you start
- A verified account.
- At least a few subscribers in Audience. For SMS, an approved SMS sender.
Steps
- Go to Campaigns and click Create campaign.
- Choose the channel: Email newsletter or SMS campaign.
- Choose how to start: from a template, from a previous campaign, or Generate with AI, where you describe the message and the app writes it for you.
- The campaign opens as a draft. Nothing is sent until you go through the Review step and confirm.
- Give the campaign a name you will recognize later, for example "Summer sale – 20% off". Customers do not see this name.

Try these steps in Sendvio
