View your contacts
Every subscriber, for email and SMS, is listed in Audience with search and filters.
In this article you will find contacts and see how many subscribers you have per channel.
Steps
- Open Audience to see subscriber statistics, status groups and segments.
- Open Manage contacts to browse and search individual contacts.
- Use the available status and advanced filters to narrow the list, for example subscribed contacts in a specific country.
- Open a contact to review their profile. To reuse a filtered audience, save it as a Sendvio segment.
Contacts sync from Shopify automatically. Someone who subscribes at checkout or through a Shopify form appears here without any import.
Try these steps in Sendvio
Enter your Shopify store name to open Audience overview in Sendvio, inside your Shopify admin. It opens in a new tab, so you can keep this guide alongside it. Shopify may ask you to sign in.
