My popup is not showing on my store
The popup is created but you or your visitors do not see it.
In this article you will find out why a popup is hidden and make it appear.
Steps
- Is it published? Open the popup in Popups. A draft is not shown on the store. Click Publish.
- Have you already seen it? By default, a visitor who closed or completed the popup does not see it again for a while. Open your store in a private (incognito) window to test.
- Check targeting and display rules. Open the popup’s workflow from Popups. Review page, device and timing conditions, then test on a page that matches them.
- Another popup app? Two popup apps on the same store can block each other. Disable the other one to check.
- Still hidden? Send us your store URL and the popup name.
